Jacqueline Donaldson is dually licensed: Occupational Therapy in 1974 and Physical Therapy Assistant in 1996. She has been Chief of Occupational Therapy in a local 350 bed hospital, co-owner of Buena Physical Therapy for more than 40 years, and home health occupational therapist.
